Lights! Camera! Action! Your Action Plan is your list of the things you need to do to accomplish your goals. For each goal, list three activities that will help you turn it into reality.

Every Action Step should be a specific outcome. Every Action Step should move you closer to your goal. Let's say that your goal is to have a date night with your spouse. You could define an Action Step as "Discuss with spouse." That's good, but there's no outcome and it doesn't move you forward. A better Action Step would be "Agree on a date."

Use words like "make" and "agree" and "complete." Select actions that can be observed by others. "Decide on a restaurant" is good but "Make a reservation" would be better. Keep your Action Steps simple and easy to achieve. That will help you build momentum as you complete them, one after another. Review your Action Plans at least once a day. We'll email you a copy of your Action Plans so you can have it with you all the time.
