Every New Year's, thousands of people decide to start working out and lose some weight. But, just a month later, less than 10 percent are still exercising. The reason is something we call human nature. Right now you're excited about your goals and your Action Plan, that's human nature, too.

The problem is you still have things to do every day at work and at home. And it's hard to remember those Action Steps when life gets in the way. Successful people know they can't do it alone so they track their progress and create accountability partners. Our virtual Goal Buddy does the same thing. You could say it’s even better than a human goal buddy because your Goal Buddy won't forget, have a bad day, or judge your results.

You choose how often you want to be reminded to work on your goals. Your Goal Buddy will remind you with an email. Follow the link in the email and you can update your progress quickly and easily. It only takes a few minutes and your Goal Buddy will show you how you're doing so you can stay on track.

When you're finished setting up your Goal Buddy, you’ll save your information and a copy of your Action Plan will be emailed to you. Be sure to print out a copy and post it where you can see it daily
